I contacted John Carling of JC Plumbing after I received a flyer through my front door. I was looking around to find suitable firms to undertake extensive work on revamping my bathroom so I had already received several quotes for the work.

On contacting and discussing my requirements with John I decided his firm should undertake the work as he gave a competitive price and was extremely accommodating to my personal thoughts regarding how the bathroom should be revamped.

 John had a very friendly and professional manner. He was able to advise me as to what was going to look and be the most practical based on my needs in removing the bath and installing a shower.  In total the bathroom was completely remodel and the final work has been delivered to a very high standard and finish. The other work workman, electrician, plumbers and plasters were all professionals, friendly and above all extremely tidy clearing all debris and rubbish up after themselves.

I had such confidence in this firm that it meant I was happy to leave them in the house alone while the work was completed.

Not only has my bathroom been transformed but also my life as it’s is so much easier and comfortable for me than ever before.
